Reducing your toxic load in the kitchen can happen slowly, one swap at a time.

When your chopping board wears out, your dishwashing tablets run out or your blender needs replacing, that's a chance to be a little more intentional about what you bring home. I look at the materials and ingredients first. A leaf on the label tells me more about the packaging than what's inside.

That’s the idea behind my Low Tox Kitchen Edit. Here are a few of my favourites and one upgrade on my wish list.
